Job Description

  • Memastikan kebutuhan Driver/ Sopir, Helper/ Kenek dan Staff terpenuhi secara kuantity dan kualitas sesuai dengan kuota yang dibutuhkan oleh Operasional.
  • Mengawasi pelaksanaan absensi & mengkoordinir pelaksanaan appraisal Driver/ Sopir, Helper/ Kenek.
  • Melakukan rekruitmen 
  • Melakukan training 
  • Mengawasi & mengontrol pemeliharaan serta penggunaan infrastruktur Pool agar berfungsi dengan maksimal, dalam keadaan baik, aman untuk digunakan.
