Job Description

• Memproses Pesanan: Menerima dan memasukkan data pesanan (order) dari pelanggan atau tim sales ke dalam sistem.

• Mengelola Dokumen Transaksi: Membuat invoice (faktur), surat jalan, dan purchase order (PO).

• Koordinasi Pengiriman: Berkomunikasi dengan bagian gudang atau logistik untuk memastikan barang dikirim tepat waktu.

• Pencatatan Data: Memperbarui data pelanggan, stok barang, serta memantau status pesanan.

• Membuat Laporan: Menyusun laporan penjualan harian, bulanan, atau berkala untuk manajemen

Requirements

Education Level: S1
Field of Study: Semuanya
Minimum Experience: 2 tahun

Requirement Details

• Menguasai pengoperasian komputer, terutama Microsoft Excel.

• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik untuk berkoordinasi dengan klien dan divisi lain.

• Teliti, rapi, dan memiliki manajemen waktu yang baik
