Job Description

Melayani informasi, permintaan dan keluhan atas jasa layanan bagi seluruh pelanggan perusahaan
Membuat eskalasi permasalahan pelanggan yang tidak dapat diselesaikan melaluimedia lain yang ditentukan kepada fungsi

Mengidentifikasi dan mencatatkan tujuan atau permasalahan pelanggan/calon pelanggan datang ke perusahaan
